About the Norwegian Forest Cat
A natural breed from Scandinavia, adapted over centuries to a cold climate, giving it a thick double coat and sturdy build. Large and muscular, with a triangular head and a water-resistant, long topcoat.
Temperament
Independent, friendly, and good-natured, the Norwegian Forest Cat enjoys climbing and the outdoors when possible, but adapts well to indoor life with enough enrichment.

Grooming needs
The thick double coat requires brushing at least twice a week, more often during seasonal shedding.
